What You’ll Do
✅ Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable team and provide strong leadership.
✅ Mentor and develop staff through clear goals, feedback, and professional development.
✅ Oversee AP tools including Concur and VIM; provide related training as needed.
✅ Ensure timely GR/IR reconciliation and accurate supplier payments.
✅ Drive month-end AP close activities including journal entries and accruals.
✅ Leverage SAP to manage AP transactions, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close activities with accuracy and consistency.
✅ Implement procedural improvements and formally document AP processes.
✅ Support compliance efforts related to 1099, W-9, and other reporting requirements.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience
✔ 8+ years of AP experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role
✔ Experience with SAP (required) and VIM (preferred, not required)
✔ Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
✔ Process improvement mindset with the ability to lead change
✔ A proactive, honest, and collaborative leadership style
