NSR Hotels is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right.

This is more than a traditional AP role, you’ll play an important part in supporting a growing portfolio of hotels while working alongside a collaborative and driven team. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to confidently manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.

What You’ll Do

• Process invoices, payments, and vendor accounts accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Reconcile statements and quickly resolve discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with vendors, hotel teams, and internal departments
• Prioritize competing deadlines and follow tasks through to completion
• Support month-end accounting processes and reporting
• Help improve efficiency and maintain strong accounting controls

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Accounts Payable experience (hospitality experience is a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong time management and ability to multitask effectively
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn quickly and adapt easily
• Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and works well independently and within a team
