We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Accounts Payable Processor opportunity with an award-winning luxury home builder known for innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainable design. This is an on-site, entry-level position , Monday to Friday. Training will be provided.

Your Specific Duties Will Include:

• Processing monthly field invoices for specific projects and/or divisions.
• Assisting in reviewing the weekly check run and helping meet weekly deadlines.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Accounts payable (AP) experience is helpful.
• Experience with Oracle 1 JDE and Concur is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range: $33.31 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
