We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist / Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. This position plays a key role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Responsibilities include:
Processing accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Preparing and posting journal entries
Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data
Performing daily and monthly cash reconciliations
Assisting with payroll processing, as needed
Supporting the accounting team with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
