** Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist**
** Location: Fairfield, OH**
** Pay Range: $25–$29/HR (Based on experience & qualifications)**

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for an ** Accounts Payable Specialist** with our client located in Fairfield, OH. Our client is a large, well-established organization within the electronics manufacturing industry, supporting sectors such as medical, automotive, and industrial applications. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis to provide coverage for an employee on leave.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will work alongside a collaborative accounting team and report to senior finance leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to interview ASAP and start shortly after.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process 50–75 AP invoices daily in a 3-way match environment
• Process payments (primarily electronic; minimal check runs)
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Communicate cross-functionally to gather information and resolve issues
• Reconcile AP accounts and investigate variances
• Utilize ERP systems and customer portals for invoice and payment processing
• Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with 3-way matching and invoice processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including working with pivot tables)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred, not required)
