POSITION: Operations Specialist (Accounts Payable)
FULLTIME: 10/1/25 - 1/31/26 (Assignment)
LOCATION: Riverside, RI
SCHEDULE: Training period is for a month 5 days in office. Direct manager and 2 team leads help assist. After training period, candidate will be on a hybrid schedule. 3 days in office. 2 at home.
PAY RANGE: $21.03/HR

Shift for training and after training will be 8:30am-5:00pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP). CAP is a global operations function that supports over 42 countries.
We are an integrated team that is responsible for enterprise invoice processing, payments, payee management, employee expense reimbursement, and indirect tax filing and reporting.
There is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as our functional teams include: US Payee Ops & Invoicing, International Payee Operations, Global Employee Expense Reimbursement, Global Service Center & Card Administration, AP Research & Accounting , Indirect Tax (Business Personal Property Tax and State Withholding), Initiatives and Integration and Business Controls and Support. This role is with the Accounts Payable Service Center Escalations team.
Global Accounts Payable Service Center Escalation team member is responsible for handling Accounts Payable related inquiries via email and live chat. Inquiries include employee expense reimbursements, procurement, invoicing, payments, and general ledger. Additional tasks include return mail, check copies, and vendor and employee audits.
