    Position Summary:

    This role is responsible for providing day-to-day accounting and/or finance tasks relating to the needs of our firm's clients. Work is conducted in a highly structured team and control environment. Assignments can fall into the quarterly reporting cycle or high paced ad hoc client or investor requests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and submit journal entries into cloud-based industry specific accounting software.
    • Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests.
    • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.
    • Ensure proper approvals and GL coding.
    • Preparation of GAAP financial statements.
    • Maintenance and review of SOC-1 internal control procedures.
    • Weekly maintenance of an internal client deliverable schedule.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
    • 0+ years of experience in bookkeeping.
    • Proficiency with software related products such as Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and OneNote).
