Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist
Conroe, TX | AM Shift
$24+/hour (DOE)
Overview:
Detail-oriented AP Specialist needed to process invoices, manage expenses, and ensure timely, accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
● Process vendor invoices with proper approvals
● Code to GL accounts, job numbers & departments
● Set up vendors, maintain W-9s & assist with 1099s
● Manage credit cards & reimbursements (Ramp)
● Track pending approvals & follow up
● Assist with check & ACH payments
● Reconcile statements & resolve discrepancies
● Support AP improvements & ERP implementation
Qualifications:
● 3+ years AP experience preferred
● Strong Excel & accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
● Ramp or similar platform experience preferred
● Highly organized, detail-oriented
