Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

Location: Morrison, TN
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Maintain and update vendor records
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or accounting support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
