We’re looking for a hands-on Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP team and oversee all day-to-day accounts payable operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys streamlining processes, mentoring team members, and building strong vendor relationships. This is a full-time in-office position are our Rosedale location.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, train, and support a team of AP Specialists
• Manage the full AP cycle (invoice processing, approvals, payments)
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Oversee AP reporting, compliance, and month-end close
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of AP or accounting experience
• 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and internal controls
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
