KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Turn 14 Distribution is mandating new hires to be vaccinated against Covid-19, as it is a required element of this position. Turn 14 Distribution will consider applicants who cannot receive the vaccine for disability or religious-based reasons. If hired, candidates will be required to submit proof of vaccination (first dose is acceptable) on the first day of employment.

As our Accounts Receivable Associate, you will primarily contribute to our success through:

• Monitor billing exceptions report.
• Investigate AVS and credit card discrepancies
• Assess/adjust credit limits.
• Issue account statements as needed.
• Meet daily cut-off times for order processing.
• Monitor balances according to Customer Terms Accounts.
• Perform collections communications by phone, email, and instant messaging contact.
• Communicate with Customer Support department on order holds and releases.
