Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job description:

Scope:

Responsible for the timely and accurate posting of daily cash receipts.

Responsibilities:

• Apply Daily receipts in A/R at a higher degree of difficulty.
• Prepare deductions for branch and collector review
• Prepare daily receipts detail from bank website and SharePoint
• Retrieve and process remittance details from customer portal
• Email and mail limited invoices to customers
• Process credit card transactions
• Process requests sent to Customer Setup.
• Assist in the training of fellow employees.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Proficient PC Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School degree required
• SAP and Excel experience
