Qualifications

Client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative for an onsite position starting immediately. Hours may vary between 8:00am, 8:30am, and 9:00am start times, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments in a timely and accurate manner

• Research and reconcile account discrepancies

• Scan payments into the bank

• Maintain accurate notes of all communication related to accounts within the Sapphire system

• Work closely with retailers, sales, warehouse, drivers, customer service, National Call Center, and others to collect outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies

• Notify customers and sales of delivery term changes as needed

• Distribute monthly statements by email for specific accounts

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Maintain good working relationships

• Ensure customer service is held to the highest standard

• Keep customer accounts reconciled and up to date with attention to detail and accuracy

• Escalate situations to AR Manager as needed

• Handle a large volume of customer and driver calls accurately and effectively

• Problem solve under pressure and tight deadlines
