Puente Hills Hyundai is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team here in the City of Industry, CA. The Accounting Clerk processes all vehicle transactions. Verifies costs, including costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons for the accounting department, stocks in new units, and tracks vehicle receivables for multiple dealerships. Must have a minimum of 2 years of automotive business office experience and MUST have DealerTrack experience to qualify. Responsibilities: • Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department • Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins • Post vehicle sales and purchases • Stock new vehicles in the inventory management system • Maintain vehicle inventory reconciliations • Follow up on vehicle receivables, including incentives, reserves, and dealer trades • Assist with daily bank deposits • Perform general clerical duties • Attend training classes as directed by the supervisor • Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • 18 years or older • Accounting Experience • Microsoft Office skills (as determined by an assessment) • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Must have a minimum of 2 years of automotive business office experience prior Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
