Job Summary
Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in accounts receivable and/or customer relations.
To assist in preparing and sending customer invoices, billing management and collection of outstanding amounts from customers.
Creating daily deposits, help keep accurate records and seeking prompt payments from customers.
Reconciliations, resolving payment discrepancies and review of reports
The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to ensure the satisfaction of every household, every day.
Interacting with customers to provide assistance with purchase of products and supplies.
You will assist in resolving problems and be the support for any needs. Foster solution-oriented conversations with customers that promote positive outcomes and drive success.
Should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The CSR will answer customer inquiries, making account changes or updates, and gathering information.
Assistance with scheduling technicians and daily overview of the schedule to assist other CSR's in the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Applying customer payments and data entry
Preparing and submitting invoices and deposits
Communicating with customers regarding balances
Problem-solving and helping to manage customer accounts
Provide proactive customer support
Assist customers with purchase of product or supplies
Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
Communication with customers to schedule services or maintenance
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
Strong time management, attention to detail and computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
