Job Description
About the Position:
Dunn Lumber operates a fully in-house credit department. This position is responsible for collecting and maintaining customer account information, correcting discrepancies, and supporting the Accounts Receivable team. We are looking to hire a responsive problem-solver and detail-oriented candidate with excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team by managing incoming phone calls, emails, and reports from our retail stores.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm. The corporate office is located directly above the Lake Union retail location.

Previous Experience
Previous experience in customer service, administration and/or Accounting experience preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations
AA or BA in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred and/or a combination of relevant work experience.
Technical/Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have competent knowledge of computers and general computer use abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Salesforce, or similar software experience is preferred. Proficiency in 10-key and typing skills is preferred.
Supervisor Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Additional Information
Physical Demands
This job requires the ability to sit (or stand) for extended periods of time while performing job duties. There is regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, calculator, and other office equipment, as well as a requirement to view computer screens, read written documents, and interpret numerical data. There may be occasional bending, reaching, and stretching to access files or documents, and lifting of files, documents, and office supplies, weighing up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
The job is in the corporate offices of Dunn Lumber. The noise level is low, representing of a common office space environment. Employees are expected to be respectful of fellow co-workers regarding noise level.
