Job description

Divine Enterprises is hiring Accounts Receivable

Fluency in Russian is required due to frequent communication with Russian - speaking team members.

Duties: maintain trip packs and records, process receipts, prepare and send invoices, receivable statements and answer drivers/customers inquiries. The successful candidate has to be organized, be attentive to details and a team player.

Qualifications/Skills:

Knowledge of accounts receivable (required)

Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures (required)

Knowledge of general accounting principles (required)

1+ years’ experience in AR and general accounting experience (required)

Strong written, communication and data entry skills (required)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of TMW, Truck Mate systems (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
