We are hiring an Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist to help keep our billing, invoices, estimates, and payment follow-up organized. This position is in our Lubbock office.

Leaky’s is growing in both Lubbock and San Antonio, and we need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and good at following through. This position will mainly work inside ServiceTitan, our field service software.

This is not a QuickBooks-heavy position. Invoices and payment batches will be exported for our bookkeeping team to upload into QuickBooks.

Main Responsibilities

Estimates & Invoicing

Prepare and send estimates in ServiceTitan using technician notes and office input

Create and send invoices for completed work

Make sure labor, material, and other charges are included correctly

Confirm job details with the office or field team before billing when needed

Accounts Receivable

Track open invoices and customer payments in ServiceTitan

Follow up on past-due invoices in a friendly, professional way

Help resolve customer billing questions

Export invoice and payment batches for the bookkeeping team

Recordkeeping

Keep billing records organized in ServiceTitan and internal folders

Produce weekly AR reports

Cross-check bank deposits with ServiceTitan payments

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in billing, AR, estimating, or invoicing

Home service, construction, plumbing, or HVAC experience is a plus

ServiceTitan experience is a big plus

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Organized and able to follow a process

Honest, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information
