Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely collections. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of success in accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the accounts receivable process and improve efficiency.

· Monitor customer accounts for timely payment and follow up on overdue invoices.

· Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and disputes in a timely manner.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable reports for management review.

· Forecast cash flow and aging of accounts receivable to identify potential risks and opportunities.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

Qualifications:

· Experience in accounting, finance, or related field.

· 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a similar industry.

· Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
