We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage dealer accounts, resolve billing issues, and support collections. You'll be a key point of contact for both dealers and internal teams, keeping accounts current and accurate.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contact dealers regarding production/ship holds, past dues, and account issues
    • Process payments and apply wires/checks; extend due dates as needed
    • Using internal systems to research accounts and send demand letters; escalate to collections when appropriate
    • Provide invoice copies, rebate/credit information, and account updates to dealers
    • Maintain detailed notes on all dealer and internal interactions in the Shutter System
    • Deliver weekly past-due account updates to AR Lead/Supervisor

    Requirements

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Analytical thinking with the ability to resolve/de-escalate moderate to complex customer issues
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar phone systems a plus
    • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to customer service
    • Able to work from the La Palma, CA office 5 days per week.
