A tier-1 commercial real estate company is seeking a few AR Specialists to join their team on a consultant basis. This is a full-time opportunity, working 3 days a week in the office and two days a week from home. Project will last approximately 6 - 9 months, with the potential for a long-term direct hire opportunity down the road. This is a great role for an experienced AR Associate with a strong cash management and invoicing background looking to work for one of the largest publicly traded companies in Milwaukee. 

Responsibilities

• Generating tenant monthly statements
• Coding, entry and posting of check/ach/wire receipts
• Calculate monthly tenant CPI (consumer price index) and update accounts
• Correspond with tenants and internal team members regarding tenant invoice inquiries, payment status, and other company related matters 
• Maintain tenant records, contracts, invoices, credits, correspondence, etc.
• Research account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from accounting and asset management
• Initiate outgoing wire/ACH transactions as requested
• Post monthly tenant late fees

Requirements

• 2+ years of high volume Accounts Receivable experience
• Real Estate AR experience a plus, but not required
• High school diploma required, Associates/Bachelors a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Must be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
