    Northwest Pump is seeking an organized and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team! This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections that support the overall financial health of our company.     What will this position do?

    • Manage customer accounts and process payments accurately and efficiently
    • Set up and maintain electronic payment arrangements
    • Process refunds, account adjustments, and miscellaneous invoices
    • Coordinate PO approvals, part deposits, and quote submissions
    • Respond to phone calls and emails from internal and external customers
    • Maintain and process state tax exemption certificates
    • Reconcile accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
    • Assist with additional projects or tasks as needed

    What are we looking for?

    • Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience in an Accounts Receivable role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
    • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Previous experience in an accounting or finance environment preferred

    • This is a full-time, hybrid position, working regular business hours, Monday through Friday
