Manage accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collections.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for data entry and reporting.

Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries related to billing.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Ability to reconcile accounts accurately and efficiently.

Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is a plus.
