    Accrete AI is looking for a SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM) that will be responsible for ensuring that our development team adheres to Agile methodologies and Scrum practices and facilitate delivering high-quality software products on time. You will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum processes/ceremonies, guiding and coaching the development team, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the development lifecycle.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the agile ceremonies/process, including daily-stand up meeting, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demo, and retrospective.
    • Coach and mentor the development team on Agile methodologies/framework, practices, and principles, and ensure they are understood and followed.
    • Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may impact the team's ability to deliver high-quality software products on time.
    • Participate as a key member for PI (Program Increment) planning
    • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the development lifecycle, including the Product Owner, development team, and management.
    • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize Sprint backlog items ensure that the team is working on the highest value items first.
    • Track and report on team progress, including velocity, sprint burndown, and other metrics, and communicate this information to stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve and practices to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.

    Requirements

    • +5 Year of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
    • SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
    • Agile Coach Certification is a plus.
    • Knowledge and understanding of PEMBOK
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies/framework, practices and principles.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
    • Ability to identify and remove obstacles and impediments that may impact team productivity.
    • Ability to be creative for teams to learn new things and, also, resolve conflicts
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    The base salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $120,000 USD
