Accrete is looking for a Executive Assistant to the CEO to help with the coordination of calendar management for CEO of Accrete.ai. This person will be responsible for flawlessly managing a broad variety of administrative tasks including coordinating calendar management for the CEO, managing the office with all daily necessities, and other projects/duties ensuring team culture and engagement. The ideal hire will have an ownership mindset, strong organizational and writing skills, as well as a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.

****Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar management for the CEO and prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Respond to emails in a timeline, professional manner (15-20 minutes) with utmost attention to detail.
- Make certain that all internal and external parties are confirmed to join the meetings they are to attend in advance of the meeting.
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives and the team.
- Support any ad-hoc requests.
- Coordinate CEO meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed
- Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for offsite meetings, company retreats, events, and team building occasions
- Assist with managing the New York & Boston offices and manage certain aspects of the organization's office services
- Manage the office with all daily necessities to ensure the office is always well prepared for clients and customers to visit
- Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment
- Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for operation of organization
- Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved work flow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows
- Answer main phone line and respond to inquiries
- Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation
- Replenish the office with snacks, office supplies, marketing materials, etc
- Assist with any other functional responsibilities that you have the bandwidth for after you have a strong grasp over your core responsibilities
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a start-up environment
- Ability to work 5 days per week in the Lower Manhattan office.
- Expert proficiency with G-Suite; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials
- You have excellent writing and proof-reading skills
- You are extremely motivate, eager to learn, intellectually curious, and embody integrity in all that you do
- You're an independent thinker, self-starter and able to thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment
- You are extremely detail-oriented and plan for every possibility
- You take pride in your work and always strive for excellence

Salary Range: $80k-110k
