    Accrete is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst Manager who is eager to learn on the job and develop their skills in corporate finance. This position will provide hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting, accounting, and supporting various financial functions within the company. The ideal candidate is someone interested in transitioning from investment banking, equity research, or accounting to corporate finance and is driven to excel in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Modeling Support: Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
    • Carta Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records on Carta for investors, and cap-table management.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in Financial Analyst tasks, including documentation, communication, and reporting.
    • Investor Relations Assistance: Aid in managing relationships with investors, including responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on company performance.
    • Career Development: Proactively seek learning opportunities and skill development to progress within the company. Significant opportunity for growth with a path to promotion within 12 - 24 months.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

    • CPA preferred

    • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or related financial role.

    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with investors and internal stakeholders.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.

    • Ambitious attitude with a desire to transition into corporate finance and advance within the company.

    Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
