    Accrete is seeking to hire a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Accrete's sales organization. You'll be uncovering demand for Accrete solutions in the most innovative companies in the world, and provide their first introduction. You will be expected to deliver a compelling value proposition for Accrete at each company balancing the needs of their business and the norms of their industry.

    There is not a high degree of technical knowledge required for this position. This position lays the foundation for a successful high tech sales career. There is a path for career growth within Accrete for the right candidate that is willing to learn and work toward that goal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand current trends, challenges, and unique attributes of high-value companies across various industries. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including strategic outreach to drive interest for Accrete's solutions, utilizing a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Customize messaging based on a deep understanding of Accrete's solutions and the unique needs of each potential client.
    • Implement industry-agnostic sales campaigns, collecting data to drive iterative improvements for enhanced performance. Serve as a thought leader in the sales acceleration space, offering unique insights and challenging preconceptions as needed.
    • Proactively identify and qualify sales leads, using diverse research methods to discover potential customers for our AI SaaS products. Maintain an active sales pipeline, managing prospect records with CRM tools and ensuring detailed tracking of all communications and progress.
    • Work closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine strategies and campaigns based on prospect feedback and market analysis. Assist with prospecting and administrative tasks related to Accrete's Affiliate program as needed.
    • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for qualified leads, highlighting the value and capabilities of Accrete's AI SaaS solutions. Strive to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively generating and qualifying leads.
    • Collect feedback from potential customers to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring Accrete's offerings continuously evolve to meet market demands.

    Qualifications:

    • Four-year college degree or equivalent
    • Candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in SaaS outbound prospecting (i.e. consulting, investment banking)
    • Familiarity with recording daily activities within CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
    • Understanding sales performance metrics and ability to pivot approach/messaging to improve metrics
    • The ability to engage with industry customers and understand their most pressing problems and needs
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
    • Ability to be creative in prospecting, lead generation and have experience with qualifying opportunities
    • Experience working with multiple sales techniques (i.e. cold calling)
    • Experience working with C-Suite and decision makers
    • A positive, upbeat attitude, and excitement about being a part of a team of similarly-minded individuals
    • Willingness to work in a fast paced, constantly changing sales environment

    Salary Range: $ 65,000 base, OTE $85,000
