Responsibilities: • Supervise a group of HVAC workers to guarantee timely and effective servicing, maintenance, and installation • Write service schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction • Handle training initiatives for technicians through needs assessment, content development, and delivery • Conduct regular inspections to assess the performance and safety of HVAC systems, recommending repairs or upgrades as necessary • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair regulations Qualifications: • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the customers first and providing exceptional customer service • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • High school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred • 3 years or more of experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with some in a management role Compensation: $22 - $40 DOE
