    Because we offer top of the line products and services, we need a top of the line Inside Sales Representative who genuinely cares about the customer and looks at this opportunity as not just a job but a career.

    The Big Task

    You will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and go above and beyond to achieve department sales goals. Actively recruit team members by being a brand voice for AccuTemp. 

    Key Sub Tasks

    • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.

    • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. 

    • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. 

    • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. 

    • Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word. 

    • Get potential employees excited about the company and encourage them to join our team.

    • Attend job fairs, contact technical school graduates, and attend recruiting events to introduce them to our company.

    • Conduct preliminary interviews and represent our brand to potential new hires.

    • Attend job fairs, recruitment events, trade shows, etc. as well as contact technical school graduates, to introduce them to our company.

    • Organizing AccuTemp company events and community outreach events.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Some experience in sales is required. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and can be a self-starter and internally motivated to reach sales goals. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic person who can generate excitement for new employees to join the AccuTemp team.
