    Execute human resource and talent strategy related to current and future talent needs in accordance with the overall business model and strategy plan.

    Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; create competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.

    Recruit, interview, test as well as drug screen, hire, onboard and orientation new employees to meet growing needs of the organization.

    Oversee employee training, development, performance evaluations, retention and succession planning.

    Oversee employee handbook, policies and procedures, rewards programs, disciplinary actions, investigations, termination and exit interviews of employees in accordance with company policy.

    Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.

    Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Advocate for employee self-leadership and team development.

    Facilitate the smooth transitioning of business change in a growing industry environment.

    Manage payroll and timeclock process.

    Supervise and maintain OSHA and DOT Reporting and Compliance Programs.

    Participate in all interdepartmental meetings.

    Communicate all HR tracking and reporting.

    Other HR duties as assigned.

    Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Experience with Intuit-based systems also a plus.

    Education and experience desired:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

    A minimum of five years of human resource department management experience preferred.

    Physical requirements needed:

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

    Must be able to interact with each department within the organization.
