    Ace Grease Service is a family-owned & operated company specializing in the collection & recycling of used cooking oil for over 20 years. We hire and promote employees who are interested in helping find solutions and make decisions. We are currently searching for a Sales/Account Representative in our Memphis, TN market.

    This Sales Account Representative focuses on small to large customers within the designated geographic territory to procure raw recyclable materials. Our sales account representatives are encouraged to build their territory as if they were building their own business. The position is primarily responsible for the development of new business as well as the maintenance and expansion of current accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships quickly, a track record of success, and 3+ years of sales experience. A clean driving record is also a must. PEOPLE WITH RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

    RESPONSIBILITY

    Establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets.

    Develop a thorough knowledge of the industry and the assigned market territory.

    Coordinate use of other company resources to provide value added services to customers.

    Develop strong client relationships that provide significant input to pricing and service strategies.

    Support supervisor in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.

    Solicit new business opportunities within territory. Prepare proposals and follows up accordingly with accounts.

    Provide feedback on accounts, competition and recycling industry market.

    Previous experience in restaurant and recycling are extremely beneficial

    The duties of the candidate:

    Establish new clients.

    Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

    Perform some travel and after hours work.

    Perform physical labor as needed...Applicant must be able to lift/move 75+ lbs.

    Direct and motivate self towards goal achievement.

    Problem solve when working independently in the field.

    Manage time well to enhance efficiency of the prospecting and sales process.

    REQUIREMENTS

    3+ years of food industry salesStrong interpersonal skillsThe ability to deliver equipment as neededValid driver’s license; must have a clean driving recordPhysical demandsFrequently required, push, pull, move or lift up to 75 lbs.A GREAT attitude!

    Compensation:

    • Compensation is a base salary of $55,000 + bonus

    • Health Insurance

    • Company vehicle, I-pad and approved travel expenses.

    • Paid vacation and holidays- Performance based compensation/profit sharing bonuses quarterly
