Ace Handyman Services is a national leader in the home improvement and home repair industry. We are growing and looking for a part-time customer service representative/office support person to ensure efficient and positive daily operations in our Westlake office.

In this role you will handle inbound calls from our customers, learn about their projects, and explain the services we provide. You will utilize advanced scheduling, dispatching and CRM software to manage customer interactions, job schedules and our team of skilled craftsman.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a professional with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to interact effectively and positively with both customers and our craftsmen. Office support duties will include data entry, compiling reports, and social media updates.

Other qualifications for the role include:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service experience (2-5 years) and a great phone personality

Ability to work a flexible schedule (within our 8 am - 5 pm business hours)

Computer proficiency, Microsoft applications (social media experience a plus)

Ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize.

Construction/home improvement experience is helpful but not required.
