Customer Service Rep
NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!This will begin as a part-time position and grow into full-time.
In this role you will facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide as well as our service model. Listening to customers and helping them solve their problems is the objective.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer sales/education while organizing work and project schedules for our Craftsmen. This will require that you provide customers with information and expert advice on our services, pricing, and availability. You will also provide logistical support for our craftsmen, helping them with scheduling efficiencies.
Job Requirements
We are looking for professionals who are highly organized and detail-oriented, with an administrative background and multi-tasking skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and our craftsmen.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
High school diploma or GED
0-1year of administrative assistant/scheduling experience
Comfortable with sales
Adaptive to technology
Strong customer service skills
Multitasking and prioritization skills
