    JOB OVERVIEW:

    The purpose of the Franchise Consultant (FC) is to effectively manage a defined territory (Pacific Northwest USA) of Franchise Owners to ensure company objectives and goals are achieved. Upon grand opening, the FC will assume the support responsibility of new offices through the length of the relationship. Looking for a strong communicator who is a driven, energetic, adaptive and an organized professional. The FC will ensure brand engagement, compliance, consistent measures, thorough communications and tool utilization for Franchise Owners to utilize in their daily business operations.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Under direction of manager (direct report to Regional Director)

    On a proactive and consistent basis, work hand-in-hand with Franchise Owners on operational execution to achieve revenue & profitability targets.

    Report on and contribute to the success of the New Location Monitoring Program.

    Conduct onsite visits, including the initial follow-up visit and ongoing support visits.

    Collaborate with multiple departments, adherence and execution of Franchise Owner operating plans.

    Regularly report to the Regional Director, Franchise Support on status updates.

    Provide input to develop, test and validate new and existing operational processes and systems that improve owner performance and efficiencies.

    Effectively contribute to the development and the rollout of new systems and processes.

    Utilizes office P&L and KPI data to analyze and respond to business trends and opportunities.

    Review, understand and gain commitment on Franchise Owner revenue and profit objectives.

    Identify and immediately communicate performance and compliance issues to Regional Director.

    Address compliance and performance issues as directed.

    Remain knowledgeable of market, industry trends and competitors.

    Continuously look for ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes and operating systems.

    Be the true north point of contact for all inflowing owner communications.

    Assists with re-sales and renewals as needed.

    Manage compliance activities to include communicating compliance directives to franchisees, ensuring compliance with directives, following up with non-compliant franchisees, and escalating through the Regional Director

    Adhere to policies and guidelines for operational excellence.

    Ensure Operation Manual Compliance.

    Closely monitor franchisee revenue reporting and report anomalies when needed.

    Assist to resolve any franchisee grievances.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    Multi-unit franchise support experience required

    Must be an effective communicator

    Passion for coaching and leading

    Comfortable having difficult conversations on the business

    Fluency in financial and P&L management

    Adaptive to software

    Experience in a startup preferred but not required

    Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

    Background Check required

    Bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis in business or equivalent experience
