Job Requirements:
We are looking for experienced Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional appearance and demeanor. Have an overall knowledge of trades and the ability to perform multiple types of quality handyman work including drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical. Demonstrate ability to use modern technology for job record keeping. Must display solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a variety of clients, as well as fellow employees, management and Office personnel. Excellent customer service skills are essential because you are the face of Ace Handyman Services!
Own tools required to perform your trade(s)
Own a vehicle capable of transporting basic tools and job materials
Have a current and valid driver’s license and Proof of insurance
Be punctual and capable of time management
Able to specify repairs and estimate construction time
Use Phone/Tablet apps for customer communication, estimate modifications, schedules and navigation
Pass a background check and drug screening
