We are looking for talented, multi-skilled Craftsmen who are committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance Organized tools

A good overall knowledge of all trades:

Plumbing Repair faucets, sinks, drains, toilets, tubs, water heaters, and water service and drain lines.

Carpentry

1. Build partitions and walls, install windows, door frames, stairways, and railings

2. Hang doors

3. Install all types of flooring

4. Knowledge of finished carpentry

Tile Dry Wall

Repair damaged wall surfaces

Good Knowledge of Taping

Good Knowledge of all Texture and how to apply them.

Painting

1. Knowledge of using Oil Base & Latex finishes

2. Knowledge of all equipment used for job

Miscellaneous

1. Conduct preventive maintenance on building devices and systems

2. Install door and lock hardware

3. Move furniture

4. Paint walls and woodwork

5. Haul debris to dump

6. Replace broken windows

7. Shovel snow

8. Perform other job related duties as assigned

Electrical

1. Replaces fans, lights, ballasts, receptacles, and switches, and change light bulb

Physical Requirements

1. Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling

2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

3. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather

Other:

Looks around the property and communicates to the customer, things you could repair or things that our company can handle.

Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.

Sometimes taking the time to fix something small, then points out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
