ACE Handyman Services of Kansas City is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are one of Kansas City's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies.

Responsibilities:

Provide answers and respond to customer queries via phone, email and text courteously and consistently using established guidelines

Process incoming quotation, tender requests and maintain quotation register and data storage files

Continuously learn and apply knowledge of product line to correctly answer customer queries

Provide support to sales team and customers through the provision of technical support and product advice regarding product configurations

Gather, investigate and relay information concerning project locations, project specifics, construction schedule, site storage capabilities and required shipping schedule

Maintain customer/ distributor files by having all original orders and back-up data in designated files

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

3+ years customer service experience

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Basic clerical and prior data entry experience

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
