    Ace Handyman Services is seeking to identify a highly motivated, very organized, process-focused Leader.

    Mission: The Operations Manager will be responsible for daily operations, developing and implementing company processes to ensure we achieve our sales and production goals. The Operations Manager will supervise, train team members, allocate tasks, set deadlines, monitor performance, and provide feedback. They will also oversee projects, and provide support, assistance, and ongoing guidance to ensure success and customer satisfaction.

    Specifically, the Operations Manager will:

    Build and develop the team to grow production by 40%.

    assess operations and effectively mitigate and reduce redo and warranty work.”

    Interact with customers over the phone at home and marketing events.

    Drive sales directly and indirectly through customer interaction and team development.

    Visit projects personally review all redo and Warranty work, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Define, select, and supervise other staff positions required for the operation of the business.

    working with the office manager, overseeing day-to-day operations. including effective scheduling, troubleshooting, procurement, and processing of collections and payments.

    Lead effective TEAM meetings as well as daily and weekly communication between departments and between all field team members.

    The Operations Manager’s qualifications must include:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience effectively leading and building diverse teams.

    Ability to implement processes and problem-solve with

    A strong background in sales and, a commitment to, customer service

    Experience in project planning and preferably experience in managing construction crew.

    Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business growth and managing teams.

    Demonstrated leadership, judgment, and good character.

    Strong organizational and administrative skills.

    General knowledge of building and safety code issues preferred.
