We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us. You will work out of your home using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in the Knoxville Area.

Full time annual income: $34,000 to $47,000 or higher depending upon experience and skill level, with:

Job Requirements

A good overall knowledge of all trades, including:

Plumbing

Trim Carpentry, Rough Carpentry

Tile

Electrical

Drywall / Plaster

Proper Equipment and Knowledge:

Knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks

Own most basic tools for common jobs

Problem Solving:

Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.

Communication:

Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Presentable and dependable:

Clean-Cut appearance

Decent looking vehicle

Organized tools

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Other:

Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.

Takes extra steps to ensure the customer's home stays clean during and after work
