    What we are looking for:

    We are looking for professionals who are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong administrative background and multi-tasking skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and our craftsmen. You will also need a strong solution-focused attitude and be quick on your feet.

    In this role you will be responsible for the following:

    · Answer phone calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide as well as scheduling appointments utilizing our dispatching & schedule management software.

    · Return calls and perform follow ups with customers

    · Greet visitors in a professional manner.

    · Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.

    · Manage files, mail, update paperwork and other documents.

    · Help with hiring process, new employee orientations and hiring documentation.

    · The successful candidate will also provide administrative support assisting with payroll reviews, bookkeeping using Quick Books, review invoices, pay vendors and perform another clerical stuff.

    · Other tasks assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    · Proficient computer skills (word, excel, outlook) and ability to operate general office equipment.

    · Dependability and professionalism

    · Attention to detail, must be organized, able to multi-task and be a people person.

    · Adaptive to technology

    · Bilingual Spanish / English (No required but is a PLUS)

    · Quick Books experience (No required but is a PLUS)

    · Bookkeeping/accounting experience (No required but is a PLUS)This could be a W2/fulltime or part time work (M-F 8AM-5PM)Here is what we offer:

    Wage $12.50 to $13.50 Per Hour (Based on experience)
