RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MARKETING & SALES ASSOCIATE:

• Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly reviews product lines for market needs and sales goals.

• Ensures localization and adaption of the approach based on audience and geography

• Demonstrate and provide our customers with accurate product knowledge and information building a sense of trust with residential homeowners

• Meet with potential consumers, handle new inquiries and establish new customer accounts by promoting new products and sales promotions

• Devising direct marketing campaigns with Account Managers in line with the organization’s marketing strategy

• Making sure all direct marketing falls within brand guidelines, representing our clients in a positive and professional light

REQUIREMENTS OF A MARKETING & SALES ASSOCIATE:

• 1 year of sales, marketing, or client-facing experience

• Associates or bachelors degree preferred

• Ability to work effectively both in a team atmosphere and independently

• Professional grooming and demeanor

• Ability to develop strong relationships and influences in the community

• Demonstrates a clear and effective public speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and the team

• Charismatic and personable demeanor with strong negotiating skills
