What you'll do:
Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any issues immediately.
Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
