We’ll get you started by providing on-the-job training and resources. On our team, you’ll be an important part of shaping our customer experience and driving sales – from setting up new accounts to answering in-person questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand, up-sell, and deliver great services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves customers directly by helping them select products.

• Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

• Responds to customers’ questions.

• Provides outstanding customer service and sales support.

• Documents sales by creating or updating customer account records.

• Manages confidential financial transactions.

• Alerts management of potential sales issues.

• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and customer complaints.

This position receives a base pay that involves direct, in-person contact with clients and customers.
