    Job Description

    The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE &I) Program Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. In addition to that, the DE&I Project Manager will actively engage in community outreach efforts. They will collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop and execute initiatives that effectively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) through various programs and events. By leveraging their expertise, the DE&I Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of projects, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding within the organization and the broader community.

    What you'll do:

    1. Lead and manage DE&I projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, aligning them with the organization's DE&I strategy.
    3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
    4. Coordinate with ERGs on projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking among all groups.
    5. Research and analyze DE&I best practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations to inform project design and implementation.
    6. Develop and implement project evaluation methods, collecting and analyzing data to measure the impact and effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
    7. Collaborate with HR, Training, and Communications teams to ensure the successful integration and communication of DEI projects within the organization.
    8. Prepare regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership, including progress updates, key milestones, and potential risks or challenges.

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and emerging trends in the field.
    3. Proven experience in managing complex projects, including project planning, execution, and evaluation.
    4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
    5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    6. Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure project outcomes and inform decision-making.
    7. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges and risks.
    8. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
    9. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a passion for driving positive change within Achieve and the community.
