QUALIFICATIONS

LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana (Required)

At least two (2) years’ experience working with children with emotional/behavioral problems.

At least two (2) years’ experience working with adults with serious mental illness.

At least one year experience working in Mental Health Rehabilitation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete initial assessment and re-assessments

Completes re-authorizations and update treatment plans as scheduled and as needed and administer/score LOCUS/CALOCUS

Provide crisis intervention services for community support staff as needed.

Provide on-site and direct professional supervision of unlicensed professionals and/or inexperienced professionals.

Coordinate and conduct supervision meetings to get updates on MHP/MHS assigned caseload and review progress notes.

Provides all core services except medication management.

Complete Peer Reviews and Clinical Audits

Act as team leader of the service planning team meetings; sign and date treatment plans.

Serve as resource person for other professionals in their specific area of expertise.

Understands, acknowledges and agrees to adhere to Medicaid and Managing Care Organizations.

Schedule 9am to 3 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Location Office- Marrero

Pay Contract $35.00 to 37.50 per hour
