Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)shall meet the following minimum requirements:

Must have a Louisiana Licensed in Social Work (LCSW ) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Must be willing to work 25 hours of in the office, Monday through Friday from 9am to 3 pm.

Duties will include: Complete and maintain authorizations, treatment plans and calocus/locus. Supervise clinical staff Support administrative team with internal and external audits CPST via telehealth Maintain agency roster for each Bayou Health plan. All other duties as needed.

Shall meet the following minimum:

Must be to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Per DHH licensed and provisional licensed persons with a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology intern field may provide all aspects of CPST, including counseling.
