Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls to assist customers by answering customer questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. Customer Service Agents provide support as necessary to the customer in various stages during the lease servicing process.
COMPENSATION
Hourly pay STARTING AT $15/HOUR DOE, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Eligibility for performance bonus each month on top of an hourly rate.
SCHEDULING
Full-time positions are available now!
We are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS and you are only required to work every other Saturday.
Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
POSITION FUNCTIONS
Perform inbound and outbound calls with any applicable party
Help customers process ACH and credit card payments
Manage lease payment schedules
Data Entry when needed
Coordinate with other departments to best meet the customer’s needs
Provide outstanding, caring customer support to all customers
REQUIREMENTS
**It is preferred that you have 1-year experience of customer service in a call center, but it is not required
Fluent in English (Bilingual - English and Spanish speaking - candidates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient with a 10 key
Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
Reliable - great attendance & time management
Type 40 WPM to 60 WPM preferred
Computer savvy
Team cooperation and coordination to reach department goals
Basic mathematical knowledge of percentages and payment processes
Ability to perform efficiently and friendly in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective listening skills with the ability to act on what is learned
COVID-19 UPDATE
Interviews will be conducted over the phone. However, a week-long in-person training will be required. You are expected to work in-office and it’s not guaranteed that you will be able to work remotely. You are expected to work in the office until you pass the training period (45-60 days) then you will have an option to work from home.
