We currently have a need for help with Engineering(civil, electrical, mechanical, facilities), Manufacturing Management, Continuous Improvement, Distribution, and Electrical Maintenance roles. This position is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and placing high-level candidates in executive, direct hire positions at both a local and national level. Additional responsibilities include providing exemplary service to clients and prospects, communicating and understanding client and candidate needs and obtaining information to ensure successful candidate and client relationships while complying with all legal, regulatory and company policies.
· Acts as recruiting liaison with outside contacts. Contact candidates, follow up with candidates and manage candidate pipeline. Assist or handle candidate name generation, sourcing, identifying candidates for open requisitions and pre-screening/interviewing candidates.
· Source, assess and interview candidates to determine skill level and placement requirements.
· Review resumes for skills, experience and knowledge required for position requirements.
· Conducts candidate screening, reference checks, education verification, or other required screenings.
· Prepare and/or edit resumes or summaries.
· Manage the scheduling of interviews and document post-interview feedback.
· Prepares candidates for interview process.
· Gather candidate feedback, ensure interview is documented, track date, determine and partner with candidates and clients on next steps and follow through to successful conclusion.
· Obtain clear, concise and compliant job descriptions that detail essential functions and tasks and the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required.
· Deepen knowledge of and relationship with clients to ensure client engagement, forecast future needs, seek and secure new opportunities, broaden Acloché’s exposure and relationships across client organizations and look for ways to improve service.
· Identifies and tracks effectiveness of recruitment sources
· Extend offers of employment
· Assist with candidate offer negotiation and closing of candidate to accept offer of employment.
· Develops client and candidate leads through social media, newspaper ads, trade publications, job boards, community organizations, networking, direct mail and telemarketing.
· Provides guidance to internal staff in choosing suitable candidates for specific positions.
· Complete other duties as assigned
