Job Description

Acme Aero Suspension, LLC., is looking for an energetic OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team full-time in Maiden, NC. 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day to day business
• Customer service leadership by communicating and understanding customers’ needs
• Keep a record of engagement with customers and follow-up with them on a timely basis for a better customer experience
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, discuss terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports for internal teams
• Works with sales teams and the COO on department projectsOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Oversee materials and inventory management
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

• Enhance the operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and management reporting for internal teams
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize on a wide range of marketing areas which include social media, web pages, presentations,    programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and other marketing materials for annual events such as Oshkosh, Sun-n-Fun, and other aviation events, etc.
• Ensure marketing materials meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the brand

SKILL, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position or similar   
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
• Knowledge of general business software (Salesforce or similar) and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial management
• Travel required to attend various trade shows/airshows 3-5 annually
