  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns on key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Assist in scheduling social content under the supervision of the Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing.
    • Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and content opportunities, under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
    • Conduct monthly reporting and analysis of social campaigns across all platforms.
    • Conduct weekly reporting of sales and activities with E-Retailers on .com platforms.
    • Manage the submission and delivery of creative requests for new launches and material updates with E-Retailers.
    • Create and maintain marketing program PIFs and Item Masters for seasonal promotional programs and new product introduction. Develop and communicate all relevant paperwork for new item setups (NPOs, AX set).
    • Conduct regular audits of E-Retailer websites in order to maintain updated product images and copy.
    • Assist with planning of sampling and GWP campaigns online with E-Retailers, coordinating with Creative, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.
    • Monitor execution of sampling and GWP campaigns, and prepare regular reports to track results.
    • Monitor competitors’ brand pages on key E-Retailers’ websites and additional exposure online. Manage category analysis for retailer meetings and as needed.
    • Suggest activities and initiatives to drive more traffic, sales and exposure to our brand page on key E-Retailers’ websites.
    • Track and share valuable industry insights, bringing creative ideas to the team.
    • Support the planning and execution of multiple special projects, including new program launch components.
    • Develop program briefs and visuals for retailer catalog exposure, retailer.
    • Conduct SKU analysis and recommend items for discontinuance.
    • Manage invoice setup, PO creation, routing, and approval for category.
    • Work closely with Operations to oversee logistics of special order/exceptional fragrance items.
    • Provide administrative support for the Marketing team and assist in program launches and management if/when necessary. Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks and maintain organized files for Marketing team.
    • Perform all other job-related activities as directed by the Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the prestige fragrance industry
    • Must be digitally literate and social media savvy
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills: making the best use of interpersonal skills to communicate with internal functions as well as with retailer teams
    • Effective project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) knowledge is required
